Please ensure you are aware of the following policies prior to making your payment.

Requests, Deposit & Payment Policy

Invoices will be sent out for payment or deposits, please pay attention to the date the invoice is due. When you send a request form, please ensure all your information is accurate so that your charges are accurate. If you enter the wrong email, we cannot reach you via email. If you enter the wrong rv size, you may not fit in your site when you arrive.

Failure to pay  the invoice, and the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Site rentals, Vacation rentals

Please ensure Cancellations are in writing via email so the date of cancel is formally noted.

Spring, Summer, Fall reservations: 

Cancellations  30 days or more prior to Arrival:
75% of reservation fees refunded
75% is the max refund

Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival:

50% refund

Cancellation less than 15 days prior to Arrival:
No refunds.

Deposits for monthly stay of $100 or $250 require 3 months notice.

Winter Season

Deposit Of $250 is refundable only with 3 months cancellation notice prior to your arrival, but also during your stay.  For winter bookings, a site is held for you for a considerable length of time. After arrival, we require 3 months notice for an earlier departure in order to get your deposit back.  ie: if you book Oct to April, and depart in December, you would lose your deposit, and your rate recalculated to the higher rate. Deposits for monthly bookings are held to the end of your stay, and applied to your last months electricity reading.

The $100 deposit for a one month stay requires 3 months cancellation notice in order to receive the deposit back

Accommodations (house and Park model rentals)

40 % payment due at the time of booking, no refunds

The remainder of the balance is due 1 month prior to arrival, no refunds

Reservation and Payment Policy

  • Admin fee All summer reservations are subject to an administrative fee and are non refundable  $10: 1-3 nights, $25: 4-14 nights, $50: 2 weeks and longer

  • All reservations must be paid by the due date on the invoice, unless alternative arrangements have been made via email. 

  • Extra charges that may apply (extra people, pets, oversized rv/s, are payable at the time of booking)
  • If you shorten your reservation at check in or less than 14 days prior to arrival, you do not receive a refund for those days. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are substantially shortened after the booking is made.
  • Bookings are subject to site changes without notice to accommodate longer bookings or larger rv units. We never guarantee a specific site # but we do make an effort to accommodate requests and keep groups close together if we can. 
  • We will always try to satisfy the request of our guests, but we cannot guarantee specific site numbers or travellers requesting to be together. We have a limited # of sites over 33’, and the larger rv’s will get the larger sites, regardless of how far ahead you may book.

  • If you are booking for 14 days or longer, you will have priority to book a similar time slot for the next year. The same site cannot be guaranteed. Requests should be submitted prior to April 15 of each year. Long bookings will be booked first. Repeat customers with lengthier stays should submit by April 1, and we try to prioritize these stays. 

  • Reservation fee payments will confirm that you have read and agree to our rates, extras and rules and regulations, and cancellation policies. We continue to operate in smokey conditions and do not give smoke or weather refunds.

  • Reservation and deposit fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, paypal, and e-transfer.

  • We reserve the right to move any booking to another site prior to your arrival. If you are required to move during your stay, this will be pre-arranged.
