Upon receipt of your Confirmation, you will receive an invoice for your reservation.

Cancellations 30 days prior to Arrival: 75% refund of the total reservation amount

Cancellation 15-29 days prior to Arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to Arrival: No refunds.

All high season reservations are subject to an administrative fee based on length of stay, non refundable. ($10, $25, or $50 as outlined in the rates)
All reservations for High Season must pay in full by June 1.
If you shorten your reservation at check in or less than 14 days prior to arrival, you do not receive any refund for those days.
Bookings are subject to site changes without notice to accommodate longer bookings or larger rv units.
We will always try to satisfy the request of our guests, but we cannot guarantee specific site numbers. We have a limited # of sites over 33’, and the larger rv’s will get the larger sites.
If you are booking for 14 days or longer, you will have priority to book a similar time slot for the next year. The same site cannot be guaranteed.
Requests should be submitted prior to April 15 of each year. Repeat customers are invited to submit their requests after Jan 1 of each year for summer stays.
Reservation fee payments will confirm that you have read and agree to our rates, extras and rules and regulations.
Reservation and deposit fees can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer.
We reserve the right to move any booking to another site.
